4 Safe Training Modes to Suit Your Needs

Our dog training collar with remote offers four different modes to help you train your pet effectively. The beep and vibration modes are often sufficient for most dogs, as many respond well to these gentle signals. If your dog reacts positively to just the beep or vibration, you can easily avoid using the shock mode, providing a more comfortable and humane training experience.

• Removable Metal Prongs for Comfort: The included test tool allows you to easily remove the metal prongs, ensuring your dog can wear the collar comfortably for longer periods without irritation to the neck.
• Safe Usage: For optimal safety, we recommend not having your dog wear the collar with prongs for more than 12 hours.
• Continued Functionality: Even after removing the metal prongs, the beep and vibration modes will continue to work normally, providing effective training without discomfort.

• 3300FT Remote Range: With a remote range of up to 3300FT, you can train your dog over long distances, whether indoors or outdoors, giving them more freedom to roam while still being under control.
• Dual Dog Channels: The collar comes with two channels, allowing you to easily train two dogs simultaneously using just one remote, perfect for households with multiple pets.

• Universal Fit for All Dog Sizes: The Jugbow training collar is designed to fit dogs with neck sizes ranging from 7.8 to 24.4 inches and weights between 10 to 120 lbs, making it suitable for large, medium, and small dogs.

• Vibration & Beep Mode Not Working:

  • Check Power: Ensure that both the receiver and remote control have sufficient battery power.
  • Verify Channel Settings: Confirm that the receiver and remote are set to the same channel. If the receiver is paired with Channel 1, the remote must also be set to Channel 1.
  • Re-pair the Collar: If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try re-pairing the collar and remote to re-establish the connection.

• Shock Mode Not Working or Unstable:

  • Ensure Skin Contact: For shock mode to function effectively, the metal prongs must be in direct contact with your dog’s skin under their neck.
  • Adjust Collar Fit: Ensure the collar is snug but comfortable. You should be able to fit one finger between the collar and your dog’s neck.
  • Use Long Contact Points for Thick Fur: If your dog has long or dense fur, switch to longer contact points to ensure they make contact with the skin.
  • Adjust Shock Level: The shock mode has adjustable levels from 0 to 99. Start at a lower level and gradually increase it based on your dog’s reaction and tolerance.

  • Check Remote Lock: Ensure that the remote control is not locked. If it is, unlock it before using any buttons or knobs.
